Position Type: Full & part time, hourly, on-site

The Opportunity

Guest experience starts with the Host ! Our Hosts greet and seat guests to start them off with a great first impression! Our Hosts are the ones who add to the energy of the shift and that extra helping of southern hospitality by making our guests feel welcome!


Host Responsibilities (include, but not limited to)

• Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives
• Greet and Seat guests that are dining in, assist with special accommodations, and distribute menus
• Ensuring all our guests are taken care of whether they're dining in or ordering take-out

Required Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work with accuracy
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications

• Ability to lead and direct while cultivating a healthy and collaborative team environment

Job Expectations

• Stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to use hands to handle items
• May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, and requested to work with cleaning chemicals
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
