About the Role:

We are a growing firm specializing in insurance property claims and damage assessment, helping homeowners navigate the claims process and maximize their settlements.
Due to increased demand, we are expanding our Raaleigh team and looking for motivated individuals who want to build a high-income career in the insurance and property space.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect residential and commercial properties for damage (water, storm, etc.)
• Document losses and gather necessary information for insurance claims
• Communicate with homeowners to explain the claims process
• Coordinate with insurance representatives and other parties involved
• Manage claims from initial inspection through resolution
• Maintain detailed records and follow up on active claims

Requirements:

• No Prior experience required in property insurance adjusting, claims management, or a related field
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to earn a high income
• Comfortable working in the field and meeting clients
• Sales, construction, roofing, or insurance experience is a plus
• Ability to manage time and work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Training

• First-year typical earnings: $75,000+
• Top performers earn $100,000 – $200,000+
• Initial training period with base support available
• Ongoing mentorship and development
• Performance-based income with no cap on earnings
