What You’ll Do

• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional fine dining standards
• Ensure every steak, plate, and guest interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to quality
• Build, coach, and retain a polished, high-performing front- and back-of-house team
• Create a positive, accountable culture where team members feel valued and motivated
• Maintain a visible presence in the dining room and develop meaningful relationships with guests
• Drive sales, profitability, labor efficiency, cost controls, and overall restaurant performance
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and presentation
• Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure consistent execution and attention to detail
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and genuine hospitality
• Identify and develop future leaders who can grow with the organization

What We’re Looking For

• Proven General Manager experience in fine dining, upscale steakhouse, or polished hospitality
• A refined leadership presence with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong knowledge of premium food, beverage, wine, and elevated service standards
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the floor
• A passion for people, culture, hospitality, and team development
• Strong financial and operational knowledge, including P&L management, labor, food costs, and inventory
• A results-oriented mindset with a record of improving sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and employee retention
• High personal standards, attention to detail, and pride in every aspect of the restaurant
