Sunness Supper Club, Fort Lauderdale's newest upscale American-style restaurant, is looking for talented General Managers and Restaurant Managers to lead our front-of-house and overall operations!
About Sunness Supper Club Located at 2465 E Sunrise Blvd, Ft Lauderdale, FL 33304, The Sunness blends modern American cuisine with a local twist — fresh, seasonal ingredients, beautifully plated, served in a warm and inviting atmosphere. We're passionate about food, teamwork, and delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and schedule a high-performing team across front-of-house (and, for General Managers, kitchen operations and overall P&L).
- Manage budgets, labor costs, inventory, and vendor relationships to hit financial and operational goals.
- Uphold top-tier cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism, turning every visit into a positive experience.
- Collaborate with ownership and culinary leadership on menu rollouts, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff, building a culture of pride, accountability, and hospitality.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Restaurant Manager in a busy, high-quality restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, and holidays included.
- A positive attitude and a desire to grow with an exciting new concept.
